The Plano-based firm, which relocated its headquarters to Texas in 2023 and manages over $299 billion in assets, said the properties will provide future expansion capacity near its 6500 International Parkway headquarters.

Plano Parkway in Plano, relocating from Addison. The building sits next to the park's Amenity Center with a conference facility and fitness center, and a staffed cafe is set to open on site. Billingsley partner Lucy Burns welcomed the tenant as an addition to the park's roster.

San Francisco-based digital pharmacy Alto Pharmacy is expanding its Plano office at 6201 W. Plano Parkway in Billingsley Co.'s International Business Park to more than 40,000 square feet, building out a third floor in addition to its existing fourth-floor space. The company, founded in 2015, employs more than 1,000 people and serves markets including Dallas, Houston, Denver and New York. Billingsley is concurrently building a new 250,000-square-foot office in the 300-acre park.

Developer Billingsley makes plans for two more offices at 1,000-acre Cypress Waters

Billingsley Co. plans to begin construction on two additional five-story, 250,000-square-foot office buildings at 3350 and 3400 Olympus Boulevard in its 1,000-acre Cypress Waters development, according to state planning filings. The roughly $80 million projects, part of a Gensler-designed three-building campus surrounding a new park, are slated to open in late 2023 and early 2024. Cypress Waters already houses more than a dozen office buildings, over 16,000 workers and more than 2,000 apartments.

Home decor retailer At Home is building a new 260,000-square-foot corporate headquarters in Billingsley Co.'s Cypress Waters development, with completion expected in December. The four-story building, designed by GFF and Corgan, will include a 78,000-square-foot design center with a mock store, studios and co-working space. At Home's 400 corporate employees will move from Plano, with room to grow to a staff of 1,000 over the next decade.

Billingsley Co. and general contractor Adolfson & Peterson Construction have started work on a five-story, 250,000-square-foot office building in Plano's 300-acre International Business Park near the Dallas North Tollway and Bush Turnpike. The GFF-designed building marks the fourth major office project between the two firms, and will sit next to an existing 187,100-square-foot office. Trevor Franke and Gini Rounsaville of JLL are handling leasing.
