California pharmacy firm is expanding its Plano office footprint

Office buildings at International Business Park in Plano

San Francisco-based digital pharmacy Alto Pharmacy is expanding its Plano office at 6201 W. Plano Parkway in Billingsley Co.'s International Business Park to more than 40,000 square feet, building out a third floor in addition to its existing fourth-floor space. The company, founded in 2015, employs more than 1,000 people and serves markets including Dallas, Houston, Denver and New York. Billingsley is concurrently building a new 250,000-square-foot office in the 300-acre park.

Financial services company Horace Mann has signed a 50,033-square-foot lease occupying the entire third floor of Billingsley Company's newest building at 6275 W. Plano Parkway in Plano, relocating from Addison. The building sits next to the park's Amenity Center with a conference facility and fitness center, and a staffed cafe is set to open on site. Billingsley partner Lucy Burns welcomed the tenant as an addition to the park's roster.
