Fisher Investments nabs four Dallas-area office buildings in regional expansion

Money manager Fisher Investments has acquired four Dallas-area office buildings totaling 442,542 square feet, including three buildings sold by Billingsley Co. and the G6 Hospitality headquarters in Carrollton. The Plano-based firm, which relocated its headquarters to Texas in 2023 and manages over $299 billion in assets, said the properties will provide future expansion capacity near its 6500 International Parkway headquarters.

The 242,000-square-foot office, designed by GFF, features a fitness center, conference facilities, tenant lounge and mini-mart, along with a new 584-space parking garage. The 300-acre master-planned campus now spans 11 buildings and 1.4 million square feet, home to more than 100 businesses and 4,000 employees.
