Employee Programs

Billingsley Scholarship Program
The scholarship program was created to provide a life-enhancing experience for children of Billingsley Company employees by providing funds for higher education, including both college and arts magnate school scholarships.

Entrepreneurs for North Texas
EFNT supports various local charitable organizations and facilitates community involvement and philanthropy for small and mid-size companies. Our employees work with EFNT to support local organizations like North Texas Food Bank, Captain Hope’s Kids, Vickery Meadows Schools, and more.

Summer Enrichment Program
Tom Teague gave us $5,000 over a decade ago and said it was for us to do something meaningful for our employees. What a gift it was. He lit within us the joy of helping those we work with all day every day to give their child a special experience each summer. Just the idea, the caring and acting on the care, has already reaped great joy for us all. And now over a decade later, we have helped hundreds of kids attend summer camps and enrichment programs, giving them experiences they might not have otherwise had.

In Our Neighborhoods
