Billingsley Co. is planning a $40 million, two-building business park of about 900,000 square feet on West University Drive in Denton, near U.S. Highway 380 and Interstate 35, set to open the following year. O'Brien Architects is designing the project. The development is part of Billingsley's expanding industrial operations, which already span more than 8 million square feet across Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston and Chicago.
