Plano's International Business Park breaks ground on new office

Billingsley Co. and general contractor Adolfson & Peterson Construction have started work on a five-story, 250,000-square-foot office building in Plano's 300-acre International Business Park near the Dallas North Tollway and Bush Turnpike. The GFF-designed building marks the fourth major office project between the two firms, and will sit next to an existing 187,100-square-foot office. Trevor Franke and Gini Rounsaville of JLL are handling leasing.

Fisher Investments nabs four Dallas-area office buildings in regional expansion

Money manager Fisher Investments has acquired four Dallas-area office buildings totaling 442,542 square feet, including three buildings sold by Billingsley Co. and the G6 Hospitality headquarters in Carrollton. Billingsley partner Lucy Burns welcomed the tenant as an addition to the park's roster.

Seven companies from a range of industries have recently signed leases at Billingsley's International Business Park off the Dallas North Tollway and Bush Turnpike in Plano. The campus already comprises more than a dozen buildings, and there are plans for the office hub to double in size.
